Ethics Helpline

1. What is the Ethics Helpline?

The Ethics Helpline is an independently managed reporting system available to you 24/7/365.  You may file a report via telephone or online. The reporting system is a critical component of our compliance program and is a method for our employees, partners and stakeholders to report potential violations of our policies or governing regulations.

2. What type of reports can I file?

The Ethics Helpline is designed to follow you to easily and confidentially report any issue or instance of misconduct.  The NAVEX system enables you to report on various events, actions, and situations, including theft, fraud, environmental concerns, discrimination, harassment, falsification of records, retaliation and more.

3. If I file a report, do I have to give my name?

No, you have the option to remain anonymous, but it may be more difficult to investigate your concern without your contact information.

4. Will my co-workers or supervisors be able to see my report?

No, the Ethics Helpline is managed by NAVEX, a third party provider that specializes in taking confidential reports.  The reports are only seen by the Chief Compliance Officer and you always have the choice to remain anonymous.

5. Can I upload attachments and pictures?

Yes, if you fill out the report online, you will be given the option at the end of the report to attach documentation that supports your concern.

6. How do I update my report or change it if I choose to remain anonymous?

Whether or not you chose to remain anonymous, at the end of filing your report, you will be given a Report Key to use.  This numeric key will allow you to supplement your report, check the status of your report, and answer any additional questions the Chief Compliance Officer may have.

7. Can I be retaliated against if I report misconduct?

No. Our non-retaliation policy states that the Company does not tolerate retaliation against any employee who raises a question or concern in good faith about the Company's business practices.  "Good faith" does not mean that a reported concern must be correct, but it does require that an employee be truthful when reporting a concern or question.
